red tart cherries which would not only top the industry in quality, but also offer
"stable availability", because of the unique climate of the orchard locations and the
number of acres planted. Washington Tart Cherry Products, Inc. was initiated in
1989, to oversee the production and marketing of the Montmorency cherry and tart
cherry products.
The Dorsing family is the Largest Producer of Montmorency Cherry
Concentrate in the world. Since they oversee all of the orchards and are not
simply members of a co-op they have complete control over the quality of the
cherries they produce. You wont find another cherry product that surpasses the
